Maasai Mara with Big 5 Sightings

Day 1

Nairobi – Arrive at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport and be picked up and overnight at the hotel.

Upon arrival at Kenya’s Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, you will be greeted by a Home to Africa Kenya representative who will welcome you to Kenya and transfer you to your booked accommodation. You will have dinner and rest for the night. Optional (additional cost): If you arrive early and are interested, you can choose to visit. Giraffe Centre, David Sheldrick Wildlife Trust, Masai Market, Karen Blixen Museum, Kenya National Museum and more.

Day 2

Travel to the Masai Mara Game Reserve for game viewing. After breakfast, head to Masai Mara National Reserve. This reserve is one of the most famous reserves in all of Africa and is known worldwide for its extraordinary wildlife. On the vast plains of the Mara, visitors can see lions, cheetahs, leopards, elephants and countless other species in their natural habitat. Arrive at your accommodation in the afternoon for check-in and enjoy lunch. Then in the afternoon (evening) you can go to the game. Return for dinner and overnight.

Day 3

Explore Masai Mara – Relax after morning and afternoon games.
Have breakfast and explore Masai Mara. Morning and afternoon game drives look for Africa’s Big 5 and other abundant wildlife in Kenya’s vast game reserves. On clear days, the Masai Mara National Reserve offers spectacular orange sunsets worth capturing on camera.
Then return to the lodge for relaxation, dinner and overnight stay.

Day 4

Depart Masai Mara and return to Nairobi (Jomo Kenyatta) for flight.
After breakfast, fly back to Nairobi (Jomo Kenyatta International Airport). Lunch at one of the town’s beautiful spots. After lunch and rest, head to the airport to catch your flight. We look forward to seeing you on your next visit. Thank you for choosing Home to Africa.
