South Sudan Tours

This South Sudan trip will take you to Tarekeka in the north-east of Juba to learn about one of South Sudan’s unique tribes, the Mundari. These are farmers, cattle herders, and agriculturalists who live in dispersed villages. They live a mostly traditional lifestyle. They have strong cultural beliefs in which young men and women are marked on their foreheads with a series of parallel “V-shaped scars.
From there, this wildlife and cultural tour will take you to Uganda’s Nimule National Park in the south. Following a wildlife trek and exploration of the park, our tour guides and drivers will transport you further south-east to the towns of Torit and Kapoeta for a second visit to the tribes of Boya and the Toposa.

The tour will take you to Boma National Park from Kapoeta. Boma, which covers 22,800km2, is one of Africa’s largest wildlife reserves, with a migration on par with the Serengeti and the famous Kruger and Ruaha parks.
